Little Lido

Lido was the best part about our time in Venice. The tiny island is absolutely darling, and as I said before, calmer and more residential than Venice itself. It was very nice to escape the crowds that are inevitable in Venice. The main street reminded me of a mix of downtown Lancaster, Manayunk Main St., and Ardmore's Suburban Square. It's adorable. Just a few pictures from the tiny island. If you have a few days in Venice, definitely consider staying on Lido. It's very comfortable and beautiful, with a lot of things to do on it. It is pretty quiet, but beautiful views and fun ferry rides to Venice make it a lot of fun.

This was one of the best strawberry torts I have ever had. Amazingly creamy.
